Friends Visiting + CBS Events

This week, our friend from Hawaii, Lara is visiting us in Copenhagen!! We had SO much fun showing her around the city, we took her to most of the touristy, must-see things in Copenhagen. We went out A LOT, the second photo is of me and Lara being the DJ in a club haha. The picture on the right is of Lara's last night in Copenhagen :( of course she had to try the famous pickle hot dogs in Copenhagen!

Believe it or not, we actually study TONS! There are so many different readings that we have to complete in order to be prepared for our lectures so we spend a lot of time in the library (pic on the left). The library is SO pretty and great for study vibes. The middle pic is of when me and Alyssa finally got our student ID cards :) The pic on the right is really funny, it is actually located right outside of the library (photo on left). Copenhagen Business School (CBS) actually turns its main building into a night club on Thursdays and a lot of CBS students go to have some fun. It was actually hilarious to me that they do this every week because you could be studying in the library during the day and then at night come back to school to dance and party.

Copenhagen LOVES to drink and that is no exception with Copenhagen Business School. The photo on the left was an "White-Out Party" and was supposed to be a mixer for all of the universities across Copenhagen. The middle photo was at a "Welcome to CBS" festival which was held on CBS campus and included a live band! The photo on the right is some of the friends we made from school.

To end off the blog post, I wanted to share that I got to go out of Copenhagen and explore Denmark for the first time! I took a train ride with my friend to a place called Humlebæk to visit the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. I was a bit skeptical because it was called Louisiana lol, but it was actually super cool! I didn't get to take pictures of many of the exhibits but the two pics on the outside are some of the scenic points in the museum which were breathtaking. And then the photo in the middle is one of my favorite exhibits which was focused on light, SO PRETTY! The best part of this was that admission is free for students the weekend I went :)
